My airframe is rated for cold-weather ops down to ~14°F, and I routinely fly in Alaskan winter. Hard no-fly conditions (per FAA Part 107 and manufacturer limits) include rain or snow, sustained winds above 24 mph, thunderstorms or nearby lightning, icing conditions, visibility under 3 statute miles, and cloud ceilings that don't leave 500 ft of clearance while maintaining visual line of sight.
